With the Design Thinking approach I guide and inspire my participants to tackle difficult challenges creatively. My goal is to empower them on the journey of value creation every step of the way. From understanding the problem and the users, to brainstorming solutions and putting them into action, I’m by their side.

My creative journey embodies a combination of diverse cultures and experiences - born in China, raised in Germany, discovered my passion for design in the Netherlands. As a life-long learner, I thrive on challenges and seeking opportunities to grow.
Previously, I was an UXUI Designer for digital innovations at Henkel. Before that I introduced and established the Design Thinking approach as a Design Thinking Consultant with business units and project teams across the company.
